Overall Project Lead – directed the full rebranding programme from Boulting to BGEN. Responsible for strategic vision, stakeholder engagement, agency management, brand positioning, and execution across digital, physical, and cultural touchpoints.

Results: 280% increase in revenue. 300% increase in profit. 3x social media growth. Successful exit in October 2024

Strategic Positioning & Rebrand

As Strategic Lead, I directed the full rebrand of Boulting to BGEN, recognising early the opportunity to reposition the business in the high-growth energy transition space.

This strategic shift helped increase revenue to £300m and drove a 300% rise in PBIT over the period. I led the brand strategy, PR, social rollout, website rebuild, and rebrand of all physical assets. Energy transition projects grew from 22% to over 60% of the pipeline, directly contributing to BGEN’s acquisition.
