Team Mobilisation: Collaborated across functions to build a capable and agile in-country team, aligned to BGEN’s values and operating model. Digital Activation: Spearheaded the launch of a dedicated international website and social media channels to build visibility and brand credibility. Strategic Advisory: Applied structured analysis and scenario modelling to support investment decisions by the parent board, resulting in full go-ahead for the expansion.

As Co-Founder of BGEN International, I played a central role in developing and delivering the business case that secured investment from the parent company. This included co-authoring a comprehensive business plan, which outlined the international growth strategy, target client segments, in-country sales tactics, and an integrated marketing and communications plan.

I led the go-to-market launch strategy for our first operating country—Nigeria—navigating a complex regulatory and commercial environment. This involved stakeholder mapping, team formation, and operational setup, all while ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives.
