As part of BGEN’s executive and ownership team, I facilitated multiple strategy days for a £300m turnover business to set and refine long-term business direction. These sessions created alignment across leadership and drove tangible outcomes — from brand positioning and market focus to operational priorities and cultural transformation. I developed the structure, designed content, and led facilitation, ensuring every session turned insight into action. I’ve since adapted this approach for other organisations, including the charity It’s Time, helping them shape strategic narratives, clarify their purpose, and build actionable roadmaps. My approach balances commercial focus with engagement, ensuring real traction beyond the boardroom.
